Corporate and government marketing that earns trust
Corporate marketing and government communications live or die on credibility. The audience is sceptical, the approval chain is long, and the consequences of a misjudged tone show up in tomorrow's local paper. Dine Agency works with corporate clients, councils and government departments to produce communications that are clear, accountable and on-brand without being dull. Our background in retail marketing keeps us focused on the audience first — what do they need to understand, what do we need them to do, and how do we make that frictionless across the channels they actually use.
Communications that move past the boardroom
A lot of corporate creative gets approved internally and then disappears the moment it hits the audience. We build campaigns the other way around. Audience first, internal sign-off second. That means starting with research and stakeholder interviews, prototyping the message early, and validating it before the production budget is committed.
For government and council clients, that translates into community engagement videos, infrastructure announcements, recruitment campaigns, public health messaging and program awareness work that has to be inclusive, accessible and clear in plain English. For corporate clients, it means brand films, internal change comms, EVP storytelling, investor updates and B2B campaigns that respect the audience's time and intelligence.
Where we add the most value
Corporate and government work tends to cluster around three deliverable types where production quality and process discipline both matter.
Brand and program video
From short hero films to multi-language program explainers, we produce video that looks broadcast-grade but is built for digital-first distribution — vertical cuts for social, captioned versions for accessibility, and long-form anchor edits for the website.
Web and digital experience
Microsites, campaign landing pages and refreshes of the main organisational site. Built mobile-first, structured for accessibility, and instrumented so the comms team can actually measure whether the campaign worked.
Always-on content and channel management
Editorial planning, content production and channel management for the social, email and intranet channels organisations rely on for ongoing engagement with staff, residents or customers.
Working inside structured procurement
Corporate and government clients run on tighter procurement and brand-compliance processes than most retail clients. We work happily inside those frameworks — panel arrangements, scope of works, RFQ responses, insurance and induction requirements — and we keep our project management simple enough that the client's PMO doesn't have to translate every status update. Senior people on every project, fixed scopes where you need them, transparent change orders where you don't.
A delivery model designed for procurement-led clients
Corporate and government clients work to procurement rules our retail clients never see — panel arrangements, scope-of-works templates, RFQ responses, insurance certificates, contractor inductions, conflict-of-interest declarations and brand-compliance sign-off. We have run inside those frameworks long enough to know how to make them feel light rather than heavy.
Projects are scoped tightly from the kickoff, with named deliverables, milestone payments and a single point of contact on both sides. Change requests are documented before the work happens, not after. Senior people — not juniors with a senior person's name on the proposal — actually run the work. The result is a delivery experience that reduces the procurement and PMO overhead our clients already have to carry, instead of adding to it.
And because we run the same studio across retail, hospitality and corporate work, our corporate clients get the production polish that came out of years of high-volume retail content production. The shoot day looks like a retail shoot day. The post-production turnaround feels like a retail turnaround. The end product looks like it cost considerably more than it did.
Communications that stand up to scrutiny
If your next campaign needs to satisfy a Minister, a board, a community group and the general public — sometimes in the same week — we can help you make it clear without making it bland.
